Cedar Plank Salmon
- 3 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cedar plank
Soak the cedar plank in cold water for at least 2 hours, weighing it down with a heavy object.
Place the salmon on the plank and season with salt and pepper.
Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
Brush the salmon with lemon mixture.
Sprinkle the dill all over.
Place the plank directly on the grill at a medium-high heat.
Cover the BBQ and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Check every 5 minutes and have a water bottle ready to spray down the corners of the plank if they flare up.
