BBQ Whole Fish
- 4 x 1 lb. Whole Sea Bream (Euro Bass, Rainbow Trout or Red Snapper)
- 1 tbsp. Grated Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic Grated
- 2 Lemons cut in 1/2
Purchase fish cleaned (gutted and scaled).
Slice through the skin of the fish 3-times on each side with a sharp knife.
Season with Kosher salt and ground pepper inside and out.
Mix together all other ingredients to make marinade.
Marinate the fish with the above marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat BBQ to medium high 375°F.
Grill Fish and ½ lemons flipping fish when slightly charred approximately 5 minutes per side.
Remove to a platter and serve with the charred lemons.
This recipe could also be used for Spanish mackerel use 2 x 2 lb. fish.
Marinate for 45 minutes.
Reduce BBQ heat to 325° and cook 8 minutes per side.
